Crispy Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the rinsed chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel or paper towels, and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cumin. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a snack or sprinkle on salads or soups!
