If you’re looking to elevate your apple cider braised pork chops, consider adding some fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary. The herbs will lend a wonderful aroma and complement the sweetness of the cider beautifully. For a complete meal, serve your chops alongside mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables, which will soak up the delicious sauce. And don’t forget, any leftover cider sauce can be drizzled atop your sides to enhance the flavors!
