Sizzling Spicy Sriracha Grilled Corn
Jump to Recipe
As the summer sun warms up the backyard, I can’t help but reminisce about those lazy afternoons filled with the tantalizing smell of grilled corn wafting through the air. It’s a nostalgic treat that brings friends and family together around the barbecue. This spicy Sriracha version is my go-to for adding a little zing to the classic corn on the cob. The heat of Sriracha combined with the natural sweetness of the corn creates a flavor explosion that’s simply irresistible!
Perfect for summer cookouts, this recipe is also quick, making it a hassle-free side dish that pairs wonderfully with grilled meats or can stand alone as a snack. If you’re looking for a milder flavor, feel free to reduce the amount of Sriracha or substitute it with your favorite hot sauce. Adding a sprinkle of fresh cilantro or a squeeze of lime just before serving can take it to the next level.
